Privacy notice

This notice describes what Pearl Prime collects when you apply for a role, and why.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and résumé. If you send them, we also collect your country, US state, a LinkedIn or portfolio link, a cover note, whether you are authorized to work in the country you would work from, and whether you want your application reviewed without AI. We use this information to review your application for the role you applied for and to contact you about it.

Where résumés are stored

Résumés are stored privately on Cloudflare. They are not published on this website.

How long we keep applications

We keep applications and résumés for 12 months, then delete them.

How applications are reviewed

We use an AI tool to help summarise résumés against the job's requirements. A person reviews every application and makes every decision. You can tick the box on the application form to have your application reviewed without AI.
